GTM Radar
A weekly intelligence briefing on AI-reshaped GTM.
4 editions published · 63 companies tracked · Week 17 live
GTM Radar tracks the signals that precede a hiring wave — funding rounds, executive moves, layoffs, and product launches across 63 companies. Each signal is scored for hiring likelihood in the next 30-90 days and translated into a specific recruiter action. Human-in-the-loop research, not an automated feed.

How I built it
GTM Radar is human-in-the-loop by design. I use Claude as a research partner — scanning the watchlist, scoring signals against a hiring-likelihood rubric, and drafting the recruiter angle for each one. I edit every briefing myself so the voice stays mine. The rendering is a small Python script; the real product is the workflow.
The watchlist
63 companies across six buckets — selected for active GTM hiring, no internal recruiting army, and a pattern that matches Betts's documented book.
Companies in italic were added mid-sprint when early scans ran too quiet. The watchlist evolves when the data demands it.
